I couldn't tell you how they are wired or what inputs they are using because I had to have someone do it for me.
The make/model DVD player is Sony DVD Home Theatre System. It's less than a year old. > It's the Series 3 HD and do you mean HDMI HD Cable? Wait, how could an external DVD player cause the Tivo to hang? That doesn't make much sense. Seems more like a TV problem. How do you have these devices wired up?
