[TiVo Central] Help VoIP And Initial Set Up Call

I just had my pioneer 810h refurbed and I cant seem to get the first 
call (800#) I tried using a dsl filter as some have used with sucess 
but not me.. I know I did it before and it worked fine then I went to 
using the broadband option..What to do? Besides going over someones 
house to ask such a crazy thing.
