The easiest way would be TiVo Desktop Plus, which will transcode other formats into TiVo-compatible MPEG2. But a .tivo file that has been converted to MPEG-2 should work as is, unless you're converting it in some odd way. Tools like DirectShow Dump just strip the DRM and the MPEG contents remain the same.
