THat's very low, if it drops below 50 or so it will probably drop out. I had issues with my cable doing that on some channels. Turns out the insultation on the drop to my house was bad and when it rained water got in and degraded the signal enough to cut out some channels. The thing with digital cable is it is kind of binary.
