Megazone, I finally got a chance to try this out today. It seems that the cleaner worked for me. I had gone ahead and gotten the plus version of this a few days ago but that didn't seem to help either. Some of the steps in the guide on TiVo's website seemed like they were more geared towards Windows XP because as far as I could see, there was no way to reinstall the VBscript software for Windows 7. The link on there went to a MS site with the XP version. I searched on Microsofts website as well as googling for "VBscript for Windows 7" but got no results other than sites saying it was built in. After I ran the cleaner and reinstalled the software again, I am now able to play my recordings again.
