Reboot the TiVo and router and try again. Call any help desk and that's the first course of action, and often clears up issues like this.
Otherwise, I'd bet it's temporary, I get that kind of behavior with Pandora on my new surround sound, works sometimes, not others, even when I'm able to do everything else.
