I'm starting to think that just marking idle with "do not enter" should be our approach, too. We are working on an educational python library to teach CS1 to control robots. I was hoping that people could use whatever IDE they wanted, but it looks like idle wasn't designed to play nicely with user's Tkinter code. In any event, we'll continue to use Tkinter, at least until we switch to IronPython. Anyone thinking about Tkinter for IronPython? -Doug > S > _______________________________________________ Tkinter-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/tkinter-discuss
