Still no joy here.  I moved all of the Cabrillo settings into logcfg.dat
and commented the setting for the template file and moved it out of the
directory.

I set:

CABRILLO-EXCHANGE= # A 83 KS

But it is not reflected in the generated file:

QSO: 14325 PH 2022-11-20 0054 N0NB       0001          W7DX        374 M 73 WWA

I even tried quoting is as:

CABRILLO-EXCHANGE="# A 83 KS"

and there was no change in the output.

It should be formatted per the example at the bottom of the page that
ARRL provides:

http://www.arrl.org/cabrillo-format-tutorial

In other words, I expect to see this:

QSO: 14325 PH 2022-11-20 0054 N0NB       0001 A 83 KS  W7DX        374 M 73 WWA
