It sounds like I will not be the only one doing that. I agree with DJB's technical points (no comment on the NSA or IETF procedure stuff). Specifically from his note: ## 2. Context, part 2: hybrid ECC+PQ and ## 4. Survey of objections to the draft So, he has done the work on those points, and I agree with those parts of his note.
