For me, RECOMMENDED=N doesn't provide a specific enough signal to
cover this particular case where publishing an RFC even with that
might well disimprove Internet security.


Also - what happened to the adopt-but-park plan? Did that get lost
in the fog of appeals?
I thought there was a ruling that adopt-and-park wasn’t a legit action for the 
extant call for adoption.

You can ignore that - I was confused myself at the time but Watson
quickly put me right.
