We keep circling around this issue — the pure ML-DSA draft, the pure ML-KEM draft.
If you want to compare algorithms and come up with a best practice, write a draft. Stephen is strongly in favor of this. A document that says “here’s how to do FOO” does not need to have a detailed apologia about why BAR is better and you should really use that.
