Could we please?

Marking it "Verfiied" will:

1. avoid potential confusion at ITU-T because of accidental mention of
   8773 in response to LS 2141
2. stop me repeating it every time 8773 is mentioned: computing the
   first secret (Early Secret) wrongly means that all of the remaining
   keys in TLS key schedule are wrong too.
3. help the WG avoid my emails on this
