As noted in [1], there is emerging consensus to change the 'Recommended' status to "Y" for X25519MLKEM768. As a result, we are closing this adoption call because the draft's intent will be accomplished by directly changing draft-ietf-tls-ecdhe-mlkem. Note that, as usual, the draft-westerbaan-tls-keyshare-requirements will gracefully expire after 6 months.
