Many people that e-mail me don't "get it".  I am finding, however, more and
more that do.

Those that don't are just like the first people to experience answering
machines when they made a phone call, or more recently, those that get a
"this number doesn't accept unsolicited phone calls.... please state your
name" message when calling my home.  It's too different than what they have
come to expect, and people are inherently lazy and resistant to change.  As
more people begin to use these privacy services, more will learn about them
and understand what they must do if they wish to communicate.  The cost of
privacy can be high -- but to me it's worth every penny.
