tmda-ofmipd patch

A little while ago, I posted a message about having trouble with tmda-ofmipd not detaching from its terminal properly when invoked from an init script. A couple of other people mentioned that they observed the same behaviour.

Since I like to keep my servers tidy, I wrote a small patch for tmda-ofmipd that forces it to run as a background process. You can get the patch at:
