How are you running procmail? From ~/.forward or directly from
Postfix/Sendmail? Wherever it is that your system calls procmail the
first time, you *must* pass the '-p' flag to procmail. This preserves
the environment variables that exist at the time procmail is started.
Otherwise, it strips the environment almost bare.
