I have used a variety of AntiSpam measures and offered some of my experience
to end users
and other service providers for free, and for a fee. Like a lot of the folks
I have mailed this email to.

Should we care that this company 'Spam Arrest, LLC' is basically selling
TMDA for $40 a year to end users and it says
"Patent Pending" on their page? Maybe, Maybe Not. (I cant honestly say I've
never considered it, but I wouldnt go for a patent, I didnt invent it, I'd
like to funnel some of the revenue back into sourceforge, LPI, etc)

After the 'Amazon 1-click' patent grant, I'm a little scared.
I'm worried it could grant Spam Arrest a monopoly on
Confirmation/Whitelisting based AntiSpam strategies.

Or SpamArrest could be BS-ing since tmda makes this easy and cheap to set up
and resell...

If you wish to email the US Patent Office, their email is:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
(It auto-acks with a tracking #)

Unless Jason's and TMDA-workers palms are greased on every sale this wouldnt
seem right to me.

My two cents,
