Yes, with postfix. It's still very much in testing mode, but if you have any specific questions feel free to ask. I am reluctant to post configurations that I've not been full able to debug.
It's basically postfix in the "simple" filter configuration mode feeding the mail to TMDA and then when it's released using the transport file to forward to an exchange server.
