With 1% of users on C-R, the economics of spam will not have changed
appreciably.

This is also a level of adoption which might be attained within the year
if a major ISP, such as Earthlink, adopts C-R.  This falls within
current stated goals and projected adoption rates.  The day could arrive
quite soon.
