The htdocs/ subdirectory of the TMDA source distribution contains the documentation. You should edit the .ht files and submit a diff according to http://tmda.net/bugs.html. Don't worry about the corresponding .html file, I can generate these automatically before I commit the changes. Any contributions you'd like to make in this area would be greatly appreciated.
