Jason, I know I have seen it in the past month or so, but I just tried to search the archive and didn't find the exact response I was looking for. I think you posted a note about adding a line to the filter that would bounce content like that and if I remember correctly could even bounce with a specific template back to the user to explain why the mail was bounced.
