There isn't a whole lot of point in blacklisting random spammers,
since they've most likely faked the sender address anyway, and will
use a different fake address on the next run.  So you're just filling
up your blacklist with addresses that will never be used again.

I use my blacklist to weed out messages from a domain that seems to be
generating their spam (and confirming it) by hand, and messages to a
couple of email addresses that get nothing but spam, but that's about
it.
