In addition to the answer you've already received, you might want to look at the "hold" action, which allows you to receive the mail (instead of dropping it) but... it will be stored in the pending/ directory (you can use the tmda-pending program to inspect this directory) rather than passed through to your inbox. You can then scan the stuff in pending/ and "release" the messages you want to your inbox. The rest of the message in pending/ are deleted as they age.
