Sorry, don't know the answer to this one.  Hopefully a tmda-cgi user
or developer will answer it.

Take a look in the file tmda-cgi/defaults.ini


You want to change the variables "InstallInstruct" and "UninstallInstruct". Maybe just change them to "No special actions needed", or "Have a Merry Christmas", or something specific to your installation. Or if you leave it blank, there won't be a "special instructions" area in the page at all.

There are some other interesting administrator-only settings you may want to take a look at in this file.
