Looking at www.cpanel.net, cpanel appears to be a commercial
product. They seem to support other anti-spam solutions such as
spamassasin. Have you contacted cpanel and requested TMDA support?  It
might be worth a feature request - http://www.cpanel.net/support/

Another option might be to just use virtual users ala vmailmgr.
