qmail-qmailscanner-spamassassin-tmda implementation

Hello, I am trying to implement qmail-qmailscanner-spamassassin-tmda.  
This is going to be used for mail relay (gateway host) only. 
How does TMDA handle mail from mailling list?  or when you buy something 
online online and you get mail sent comfirming your purchase. 

Please advice how to implement this solution.
