This would normally be an easy thing to do, but you've commented before that the email address known by Postfix (and therefore TMDA) is not the same as the Cyrus user and that Postfix actually looks up the incoming RECIPIENT in a database to convert it to what Cyrus expects. What does the deliver program expect for ${user}? The publicly-known email user, or some other value? If I had some idea of what deliver expects vs. what gets passed to TMDA as the $SENDER, $RECIPIENT and $EXTENSION environment variables I could offer a suggestion on how to set DELIVERY.
