In the beginning I made this mistake but I corrected the sintaxe and it still not creating it.
Any other sugestion?
Certainly!
After running ./configure, did you run 'make install'?
If you did do this and the file was still not created, please post also the contents of the Makefile in the tmda-cgi directory and a list of everything you typed into ./configure
