TMDA-cgi 0.13 "Aluminium" Blue theme fix

There has been a bugfix release of the Blue theme for TMDA-cgi version 
0.13.  This is to fix the names of the smaller links in the sidebar 
which were scrambled by an earlier change.

Get the fix at:

Please follow the instructions on applying this fix (it is not a patch, 
but an entire theme replacment) at:
