headers 'X-Spam-Level: \*\*\*\*\*' deliver=/var/spool/mail/SAspam
The \* are for each level rating and SAspam is a bit bucket I keep the messages in during the day because I keep a count log. This rule says that anything that rates a 5 or higher, that earlier rules haven't pulled, are not sent out for confirmation but just dumped. You could set it higher or lower based on your needs.
