I wasn't able to find an answer to this question in the FAQ or the TmdaWiki pages.
I'd like TMDA to use some kind of /etc/tmda.d/filters/incoming filter that is processed before TMDA processes any individual users' incoming filters. Similarly, I'd like TMDA to use an outgoing filter that is processed after the individual users' outgoing filters.
