Hi there,

I read on the FAQ (1.13):
~~~
(1) Edit confirm_request.txt and remove the Reply-To line. Now there is no
address anywhere that an auto-responder can use to release the message.
This means legitimate senders will have to pick out the confirm address
from the body of the message instead of just hitting "Reply", so it will
be slightly more inconvenient for them, but still not bad.
~~~

I understood but should I not also change the "recipient_address" in
the "From" field in the "confirm_request.txt" template:

From.US-ASCII: "%(FULLNAME)s" <%(recipient_address)s>
                                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

To avoid a spammer to reply to that adress and create a loop.

In other words, should I not change "recipient_address"
to a non-existant mail address with a drop rule for that address in the
incoming filter file?

Best regards,
