I (and the person who mail me) got the following error " Command died with status 99". However, email was delivered. I made a google search, found others with the same problem, but no solution :-( Finally found the problem: If you have NOT qmail as an MTA, you HAVE TO uncomment one "MAIL_TRANSFER_AGENT" in your config file. If you do not, tmda is run with qmail configuration, which includes using exit code 99, which does not give error in qmail.... I hope Ronan Lucio, Austin Mann and others either found a solution or read this...
