Same is the case here I suspect.  This is a serious problem because
it raises the load on the machine so much that no mail is delivered.
Killing, or stoping, the process lets other mail get delivered for
a while, til tmda hits another mail that again makes it consume all
the cpu, and maildelivery stops again.
