Thanks.  Yes, I thought of something like that, but it seems too
complicated to manage.  Therefore, I wrote the following program to
perform the same function.  I call it 'tmda-hold'.

I wrote it by hacking tmda-rfilter, and so there might be some
superfluous code in it.  So far, it's only lightly tested.  What do you
folks think?
