Right now, we maintain our own mail server for our tiny company, but I would switch to commercially-available email hosting if I found a service that offers TMDA. What's available?
My GeekISP service offers TMDA-enabled accounts (w/ full control via tmda-cgi). You can do anything from a basic account to mail + web hosting + database. Have a look at http://www.geekisp.com/ , specifically http://www.geekisp.com/prices/plans.php .
