Why doesn't the "to" source match against the "To:" header field for the incoming filter?
This would make it easier to support whitelisted mailing lists. I know that subscribing a keyword tagged address is the preferred way to do this, but i would prefer an easier transition to tmda. (I don't want to unsubscribe and resubscribe to hundreds of lists.)
