SPAM messages will only go back through the network if they come from a working return address. If the return email address does not work, most of the time, the challenge will be undeliverable, which means that it won't get sent back over the network. Most spam today comes from non-working return addresses. The major excpetion is joe-jobbed email. In which a spam or virus comes in from a real working address, but the owner of that address is not the one who sent the email. It is for this reason that I have the above variable set to 1. This has the impact of making it a bit more difficult for legit emailers to identify what email they sent me when they get my challenge. It hasn't proven to be an impediment yet. _____________________________________________ tmda-users mailing list ([email protected]) http://tmda.net/lists/listinfo/tmda-users
