After many tries I have found what the problem was - the keyboard setting on 
the local machine.
Since I deaktivated "UTF-8" it seems to runs fine.
I don't thougt that it could behalf on this...

Well, I guess it's possible. I imagine Python's Unicode string handling 
library is influenced by the system's locale settings. However, I 
wouldn't like to speculate what the cause is right now, since I can't 
reproduce the problem!

By the way, what version of Python are you running?

Perhaps. But, since I don't know what the problem is, I can't tell you 
what to parse for. Sorry!

In any case, I'd rather see a fix in TMDA than a "pre-filter" to work 
around TMDA issues.
