You seem to be talking about installing TMDA on your desktop computer?
TMDA runs on a mailserver, not a client machine. Since it's on a
server, it can be used for any mailboxes that server hosts, installing
it just once on the server. If you really want, it's possible (but
perhaps not practical) to run it on a linux desktop computer - you'd
need to setup a mailserver ON the desktop that retrieves your email from
the 3 remote mailboxes and processes/stores them locally (including
TMDA), then configure your email client software to use the local server
when looking for email.
