You seem to be talking about installing TMDA on your desktop computer? TMDA runs on a mailserver, not a client machine. Since it's on a server, it can be used for any mailboxes that server hosts, installing it just once on the server. If you really want, it's possible (but perhaps not practical) to run it on a linux desktop computer - you'd need to setup a mailserver ON the desktop that retrieves your email from the 3 remote mailboxes and processes/stores them locally (including TMDA), then configure your email client software to use the local server when looking for email.
