Hola group, I have a sendmail/procmail/DSPAM setup. Now one of my users wants TMDA. I've gone through the install for both tmda and tmda-cgi (love the web interface).
I was immediately hit with the 'confirmations trigger new requests.' The FAQ's say this is usually an alias issue. DSPAM uses aliases, but the user I'm testing does not have an alias -- I removed the spam-user alias for the purpose of testing. TMDA is happily accepting new email and sending a challenge reponse. And when I confirm the challenge, it happily send's me another request/challenge. I have the RECIPIENT_DELIMETER set to '+'. DELIVERY_TRANFER AGENT is sendmail. I've tried both the spool and the procmail approach to the DELIVERY variable: /var/spool/mail/user and /usr/bin/procmail ~/.procmailrc-tmda (I've also just left this variable at /usr/bin/procmail and used a standard .procmailrc.) I copied the procmailrc from the server configuration page. tmdadebug.log shows this: Uncaught Python 2.4.2 Exception (Mon Apr 10 14:30:41 2006): ----------------------------------------------------------- Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/local/tmda/bin/tmda-filter", line 53, in ? execfile(os.path.join(execdir, 'tmda-rfilter')) File "/usr/local/tmda/bin/tmda-rfilter", line 236, in ? raise Errors.MissingEnvironmentVariable('SENDER') MissingEnvironmentVariable But procmail DOES seem to be setting this variable as is shown in the From field of tmdaincoming.log: Date: Mon Apr 10 14:28:00 PDT 2006 From: "Michael D.
