If you take a look at the TMDA homepage (http://tmda.net/) you'll see there's now very little content there. I moved everything into http://wiki.tmda.net/. The reasons for this I explain here - http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.mail.spam.tmda.devel/6396/ - but the short of it is that I hope this will make the docs easier to keep up since anyone can now add to them or correct them. This also leaves open the possibility of abuse by persons who don't like TMDA, but hopefully as a community maintained resources, such things will be spotted by one of you and it can be cleaned up.
