Where are you looking for the .qmail-ginny file? The vadduser-tmda script will look for /usr/local/vpopmail/domains/cybertouch.org/.qmail-ginny , not /usr/local/vpopmail/domains/cybertouch.org/ginny/.qmail as many people seem to expect. Also, it looks like you are using a rather old version of the script. The one that comes with newer versions of TMDA is a bit better, and will tell the exact file that exists.
