I don't think it's a bad idea, but I'm also not convinced of a general usefulness. The OR condition is already handled by having two rules, so AND is about the only thing we'd have to implement.... The best suggestion about syntax so far was David Collantes comment on -users about parenthesizing multiple delivery actions and comma-separating everything else. I'd have to work this out with various permutations to make sure it works, but I think it's doable. I'll work on this unless you're just sitting on your hands, Jason.
