D'oh!  For some reason, I thought that Jason was saying that the whole
message was showing up inline, ie, not as a MIME message at all.  Now
that I understand the problem, I'm pretty sure I can straighten it
out.

Thanks for the pointer.  I was looking at the structure of the message
(header, content boundaries), and didn't look too hard at the message
part headers.
