Looks like it.  Of course, 1.0 is the culmination of 2.5 years of
work, so it's about time.  The reason I haven't done any real hacking
on TMDA during the past several months is that everything I want to do
is alpha-level stuff.

I expect Tim will add the new delivery code to the new branch very
soon after I make it available, so you shouldn't have to wait that
long for these features.

I'm waiting for one more bugfix to go in, and then I'll release 0.88
with a feature freeze notice.  I'll encourage everyone to upgrade to
try and catch as many bugs as possible.  I'll probably make a couple
of bugfix-only releases after that, and then one of them will suddenly
turn into 1.0.
