JUST GOT A CALL FROM MY PRO CARDIO AND VASCULAR DR AND HE WANTS ME TO GO UP TO 4000, 2000 TWICE A DAY, ON THE FISH OIL TO TRY AND GET MY HDL UP FROM 40 TO AROUND 55 TO 60, AT LEAST. HE SAID MY TRI'S AND CHOL'S WERE GREAT, BUT NOT TO GET OFF THE STATINS JUST YET. I'M TO BE TESTED IN TWO MONTHS, AND I'LL LET YOU KNOW IF THE 4000 FISH OIL DID THE TRICK FOR MY HDL AND WHAT THE INCREASE DOES FOR THE FAT GUYS IN MY BLOOD.

BUT THERE SEEMS TO BE MORE THAN SEVERAL OF YOU OUT THERE THAT HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEMS. MY SEDENTARY STATE DOES NOT HELP THE HDL PROBLEM, SO MAYBE MORE FISH OIL WILL.
