From the time I became diabetic,I've had yearly dilated eye exams. Insurance pays for them and I have a $20 co-pay.
So far,my eyes are o.k. I use over the counter magnifying glasses to read. Get them through Dr Leonard's catalog 3 prs for $7.99 plus postage.
