Thanks for sharing this.  Apple cider vinegar is part of a good cleanse program, and helps when your body is too acidic (arthritis is also related to over-acidity).  One tsp. in a glass of water, every morning is considered a healthful tonic. 
 
The book, Apple Cider Vinegar by Paul and Patricia Bragg is also a good one, and gives suggestions for a myriad of uses, from curing the body to cleaning the house!
