Well, from what I've learned so far, as we age, all of us, our brains shrink at least 2% per year, more for those afflicted with TM-MS,etc......   They're not lesions as such but just the brain shrinking as it ages.   And that's why it's important to do all kinds of brain 'exercises' to keep what's left from aging any further.

has anyone ever heard that as some people age they get lesions in their brains, that are not ms or really anything to worry about.. it is just a part of their aging?  sue
